1. How has your career grown since starting at the company?

I must say that joining Velotio has been a great experience for me. I have managed to hone my existing skills, acquired new ones and gained a lot of self-confidence during the process. Although it has only been 1 year since I started with Velotio, I have had a chance to work with some great minds. The culture here is quite motivating, and encourages you to put in your best efforts. 

2. What is your favorite thing about working at Velotio?

It has to be a tie between the positive work culture and the frequent goodies. 

3. What career advice would you give to aspiring young engineers?

If you have two competing offers, always go with the one where you will develop more skills, one that would challenge you more. I jumped ship three times until I found the ideal role for me. 

4. What are your three most overused words/phrases?

Awesome, kind, employee-driven

5. What would be the title of your autobiography?

Open Source

6. What do you like to do when you aren’t working?

Update my skillset. Whenever I get some free time, I try to acquire new skills by practicing practical problem-solving. 

7. What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?

Professionally I'm a software developer, but I also have knowledge of robotics and sensors. I’ve built so many projects and one of the projects got a national-level award from ISRO scientist MR.P.J.Bhatt.

8. Where’s your favorite place in the world?

ISKCON. It is the one place where I get inner peace and positive vibes, which helps me lead a good and stress-free life.

9. If you could meet anyone in the world, who would it be?

Elon Musk. I am fascinated by the way his brain functions, and would like to have a conversation with him. 

10. If you could have any superpower what would it be?

Definitely flying. I love the idea of being able to fly anywhere, anytime.
